The Democrat Hydra

Greek mythology tells the legend of Hydra: a dog monster with nine indestructible serpent heads and deadly poisonous blood, it was the result of a spawning from two other Greek mythology legends, Typhon and Echidna. While legend cannot replace reality, legend can be used for analogy, and the Hydra can be applied to the modern American Democratic Party.

This political Hydra has nine prominent heads as well, all functioning parts of the monster’s body:

1. the radical feminist movement (e.g. NOW)
2. the pro-abortion movement (e.g. Planned Parenthood)
3. the homosexual movement (e.g. GLAD, GLSEN, PFLAG)
4. the radical environmentalist movement (e.g. ACTUP, EarthFirst)
5. the illegal immigration movement (e.g. La Raza)
6. the anti-war movement (e.g. MOVEON, Code Pink)
7. labor unions & teachers' unions (e.g. AFL-CIO, NEA)
8. the anti-gun, anti-2nd Amendment movement
9. the pro-Muslim movements (e.g. CAIR, ACLU)

Each of these "heads" will be considered in more detail in individual postings. But keep in mind: they ALL support the Democratic Party 100% over the Republican Party. Why? Because of their radical agendas that ultimately support the destruction of the American Republic as established in the Constitution of the United States by our Founding Fathers.
