But the radical message that came out from the ACLU was rejected by the vast majority of Americans after World War I, and the ACLU quickly found out it would need to soften its rhetoric and repackage its image to the American public if it was to success spreading its poison and doing its damage. In 1920, a joint committee review of the ACLU by the New York State Legislature described the organization as “a supporter of all subversive movements; and its propaganda is detrimental to the interests of the state. It attempts not only to protect crime, but to encourage attacks upon our institutions in every form.” Those attacks are still as much a goal today as they were in 1920. The ACLU vs. Marriage
Marriage as constituted as a lawful commitment between one man and one woman is considered by the ACLU to be discriminatory, and as such there should be no laws that prohibit ‘marriage’ between any two people or more people or same sex people, or people and animals, or however any person wants to apply it or not apply it--by the total abolition of marriage. And by encouraging public officials to blatantly ignore fully constitutional state and federal laws—regardless of what they are—the ACLU has created a climate for all valid laws to be openly defied. This is nothing but subversive anarchy—using the courts to remake America via judicial fiat instead of keeping the decision making process in hands of the people through the legislative process. This is the cancer-like tactic of the ACLU.
The ACLU vs. Parents’ Rights
The ACLU opposes anything that has to do with the rights of a parent over a minor child, claiming that such rights threaten and undermine the rights and well-being (no joke) of minors, specifically in a child’s access to sex education, birth control, AIDS services, treatment for STDs, pregnancy testing and the right to an abortion without parental consent. Of course, the ACLU also says that a child is under no obligation to obey a parent when it comes to religious teaching, education or anything else the child does not agree with. The child not the parent is in control.
The ACLU vs. Children
The hypocrisy of these monsters reeks to high heaven. While claiming to be the true protectors of children’s rights, the ACLU is actively and consistently defending those who abuse children in horrible inhuman ways while attacking those who give them moral guidance. This contrast reveals the priority of today’s ACLU. It actively offers legal support to those groups who openly advocate pedophilia and perversion of every kind while arguably encourage kidnapping, rape and murder as part of their “rights”. Like termites chewing away on the foundations of morality, the ACLU is working hard to make America safe for pornographers and dangerous for children, while all the while calling themselves loyal Americans and providing 'civil' rights.
The ACLU vs. Human Life
Hitler and the Nazis would be proud of the activities of the ACLU to encourage abortion and infanticide. But this philosophy is consistent with the goals of Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned “Parenthood”, a misnomer as inappropriate as the “American” in the ACLU name. Planned “Parenthood” is solely and purposely in business to discourage parenthood through means of the murder of innocent unborn children. The stench of the ACLU’s hypocrisy is worse than that of the foulest cesspool—murdering innocent lives, while fighting to do away with the death penalty for convicted felons who by law have been proved to be blood-guilty.

Full-blown secular humanism (a self-identified religion of its own) is the ever worshipped god of the ACLU and its allies. Twisting and distorting the establishment clause, the ACLU has won major victories in the courts to ban school prayer (including silent meditation), eliminated graduation invocations, driven crèches and menorahs from public parks, taken carols out of school assemblies, purged the Ten Commandments from public buildings and monuments, has gotten reference to God stricken from the Pledge of Allegiance, is working to remove the 501(c3) non-profit status of all churches that will not hire homosexuals, and is pursuing criminal jail and prison sanctions for any pastor or priest who preaches, speaks or writes against homosexuality.

The ACLU has consistently pushed for the ‘rights’ of the criminal, while the rights of the victim are consistently considered to be discriminatory or of no importance. The ACLU would banish all existing laws on drug sales, pornography, incest, and even rape. Sex offenders would not have to report their whereabouts. Freed criminals would have their voting rights restored. And of course, the death penalty would be abolished in all states for all circumstances, as “cruel and unusual” punishment. The ACLU has consistently fought the ability of the police to do effective search and seizures of evidence. The ACLU is always fighting for the ‘rights’ of illegal aliens, and would banish federal immigration laws. This stance of the ACLU is no better than the worst invasive cancer that destroys a body. But, that’s the hidden agenda of the ACLU, the destruction of America.
